The Baseline Comparison report displays a side-by-side comparison of items and relationships in two baselines. This report is like the Baseline Compared to Current report but instead compares two specific states of selected items at a certain point in time. A common example would be to compare the automatically generated baseline created at the start of a formal review process against the baseline that is created at the end.

1.Navigate to the project containing the baselines you want to compare.
2.Open the Run Reports view by selecting the Reports link in the top right corner of Jama.
3.Select the Baseline Comparison report.
4.Select the format of the report. The default formats are HTML and Word.
5.Select the two baselines you want to compare.
6.Select if you want to Include relationships and/or Include Version Comments.
7.Select Run Report.

Items that have been added to or deleted from the selected project location from the time of the first baseline to the time of the second will be noted at the top.

Note: When comparing baselines the hierarchical order must be the same between the two baselines. If items have been rearranged in the explorer tree, thus re-ordering the items, the report will show improper or no results.
