Jama can be configured after Crowd is setup.

1.Login as the System Admin.
2.Select the System Properties tab and then Authentication Properties.

3.Complete the fields.
Enable Crowd: Option that turns the Crowd Connector on/off. When disabled Jama will look to its own database for users and passwords.
Crowd Location: URL for the Crowd server.
Crowd Application Name: Name of the application created on the Details tab in Crowd.
Crowd Application Password: Enter the password for Jama that was created in Crowd.
Validation Interval: The amount of times a user can access the application prior to re-authenticating. The larger the number the less communication with Crowd.
Sync Crowd Users/Groups: Option to push Crowd Groups and Users into Jama. Before enabling this option, there are some caveats to consider.
All groups and users in Crowd that are not in Jama will be added to Jama. New users will be assigned greatest licenses available. When no licenses are available, users will be created and set to Inactive.
All groups not in Crowd will be removed.
All users not in Crowd will be deactivated.
Sync Interval - Timing of Crowd group and user synchronization. This defaults to 30 minutes.
Default Organization for User - Only required when multiple organizations are setup with Jama.
4.Save the updates.
5.Select Test Connection to test if the configuration values are valid.

Note: Manual Synchronization will remove all Jama configured Users and Groups and insert Crowd users and groups.
