|•||Views can be accessed and created in the Coverage Explorer by any user with Read permissions to the project.|
|•||Only the creator can rename or delete the view.|
|•||A view can only contain a maximum of 500 items per level.|
|•||Users can favorite a view to highlight and prioritize any views.|
Adding a Coverage View
select the Add coverage view button on the top left of Coverage Explorer. Choose the item or items to be used as the origin. Coverage Explorer can view sets from the normal item explorer, the releases view or the filter view.
Note: The preview button will only show the item page; it will not preview the actual coverage view.
Configure viewable fields
Select the gear icon to enter the view configuration window, similar to the List View. Views can be customized at every level in the Coverage Explorer.
Select the button to add a level of relationships downstream from the origin. Only one type of item can be added for each level; however, if you add a level and leave the item type blank, it will display multiple item types.
Exporting a Coverage View
Select Export at the top right of the window to export the coverage view to Microsoft Excel. Excel will maintain the columns added from configuring the view.
