The Support Bundle contains information about the application server and the Jama installation. It includes log files from the Admin Console and the components that make up Jama. A Support Bundle can be generated from the Support page of the Admin Console.
If you are unable to access the Admin Console or the bundle is failing to generate from the UI, the Support Bundle can be generated from the application server's command line interface (CLI). To generate a Support Bundle from the CLI, follow the Replicated instructions in the article Generating the Support Bundle From the CLI.
