Crowd Connector configuration starts in Crowd.

1.Login to Crowd as an Administrator.
2.From the Applications tab select Add Application.
3.Fill in the fields for a new Application and select Next .
Application Type - Generic Application
Name - "Jama" or any other unique name that identifies Jama as the application.

Note: When entering name into Jama the name must match exactly. i.e. lower case "jama" for the above example.

Description - Helpful, but not required.
Password - Create a new password that Jama will use to access Crowd.
Confirm Password - Re-enter password.


3.Enter in Jama's URL and IP Address and select Next.


4.Select the Directories that will control access to Jama and select Next.

Note: Directory must exist prior to inclusion.


5.Select groups with the Crowd Directory that have access to Jama or opt to all all users within the directory to have access and select Next.


6.Review your configuration and save.


Note: Users who are registered in Jama, but not in Crowd, will be disabled from any use in Jama. Other users will not be able to add disabled users to reviews or notifications.
