This graph can also display the stats from the last 7, 30 or 90 days including the number of float licenses being used on a daily basis, the number of days where you reached your maximum threshold, and if any users were denied access due to a lack of float license availability. Use the pull down menus in the header to select the type of license and the time period you would like displayed.

User session monitoring shows all of your licensing information such as license type, expiration date, how many licenses are owned, as well as any integrations the organization has purchased.

Threshold monitoring

Jama has a built-in license threshold monitor to notify a single user via email when your organization is about to run out of floating licenses.

To set the threshold, select the gear icon (cog_iconcog_icon) near the upper right-hand corner. Once the Configure license usage view dialog box opens, select your preferred maximum threshold.

Someone can be notified by email once this maximum is reached if you select Notify me when this threshold is met. You will need to add an email address to receive the updates.
