Configure email notifications and subscriptions

You can subscribe to email notifications to stay up to date on item changes. To receive email notifications, you must configure your profile to receive them.

You can only unsubscribe to notifications that you created for yourself. If you have notifications that others subscribed you to, you can’t unsubscribe, but you can mute them.

Note

Muting notifications can be disabled by an organization administrator.

  1. Select your name in the header to open the My profile window.

    Select My subscriptions. There are two tabs at the top. Select the Me tab to see subscriptions you have created for yourself. Select the Others tab to view subscriptions created for you by others.

  3. Use the drop-down selector at the bottom of the window to choose how often you receive email notifications or mute them altogether. The default is to check for new notifications every 5 minutes.

    • Select Daily to receive a batch of notifications in a single daily email.

    • Select Weekly to receive a batch of notifications in a single weekly email.

    • Select Mute All Notifications to mute all item subscription emails.

    Note

    Muting notifications only affects item email subscriptions and not other types of email notifications
