Use a different item type as a test case or defect
You can use any item type as a defect or a test case. When you select test case, test steps and test case status are added to that item type.
Note
You must have organization admin permissions to complete this task.
Select Admin > Organization > Item types.
Click Edit in the row of the item type you want to change to a test case.
In the Add/Edit item type window that opens, select the pull-down menu next to the Use as field and select one of the options: Test case or Defect.
Click Save.
