The Assistant provides a focused, governed AI experience for working with Jama Connect content. It helps you work with the engineering information your team already manages and trusts—without taking the task outside the system of record.
Use the Assistant when you want to work directly with Jama Connect items, fields, projects, hierarchies, relationships, and workflows. Use Jama Connect MCP with a general-purpose AI assistant when you need broad analysis, external sources, or customized workflows outside Jama Connect.
For reliable results, provide a clear goal, relevant Jama Connect content, and any constraints that the Assistant should follow.
