Subscribe to email notifications for yourself

You can subscribe to a single item, to multiple items, or to an entire project.

To subscribe to email notifications:

  1. To subscribe to a single item, choose the item in Single Item View, then select Subscribe.

    Use Single Item View to select an item, then select Subscribe from the drop-down list.

  2. To subscribe to multiple items:

    1. Open the items in Project > List View.

    2. Choose the items you want to subscribe to, then select Subscribe.

      Use List View to select multiple items, then select Subscribe from the drop-down menu.

    A confirmation message appears below the toolbar.
