Export data from advanced filters
You can use advanced filters to export data directly to Word, Excel, or PDF.
If you view your filter results in Reading View, the results include the container items and their hierarchy. Although you can't select or change items from this view, the containers offer visual context and are included in your export.
Create the advanced filter that gathers the items you want to export.
Select Export and choose the output type.
The newly created file opens in a new tab.
