View and edit test case details

Test cases are created in the Explorer Tree for a project and edited like any other item. You can open test cases from the Explorer Tree, Reading View, orList View, or find them using search or a filter.

  1. To view test cases in groups — In Single Item View, select the test case ID to open and edit it.

    The UI shows a selected test case in a list of available test cases.

  2. To view test cases from test runs:

    1. In Single Item View, select the Test case widget to open the bottom panel and view details about the test case.

      The Test case widget is highlighted in the side toolbar.

    2. Select the test case ID to open and edit it.

      The test case ID is highlighted in the Test Case Details table.
