Batch-edit multiple items
You can update picklists, fields, and tags for multiple items at one time.
Tip
Because the batch-edit method can't be used for some items types, use instead a Jama Connect to Excel round trip for rich text fields and the Test runs window to batch update test runs.
To batch-edit multiple items:
Select items that you want to edit using one of these methods:
In List View, select the items that you want to edit, then select Batch edit.
(Review moderator only) Select the items you want to edit in the item progress tab of review statistics, then select Batch edit.
In the window, make your changes, then select Next.
(Optional) Select users or groups you want to send a notification to.
Select Commit.
The multiple items you edited are now saved.
